Refund and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to accommodate your needs regarding cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling. Please review the following policies:

IELTS Writing Corrections Refunds

- Writing Correction packages that have not been utilised may be refunded upon request within 30 days from the original purchase date. Cancellations made after this 30-day period will not be eligible for a refund.

IELTS Mock Speaking Tests Refunds

- Mock Speaking Test packages that have not been utilised may be refunded upon request within 30 days from the original purchase date. Cancellations made after this 30-day period will not be eligible for a refund.

IELTS 1-to-1 Class Refunds

- 1-to-1 Classes that have not been utilised may be refunded upon request within 30 days from the original purchase date. Any cancellations made after this 30-day period will not be eligible for a refund.

- All 1-to-1 Classes must be scheduled and completed within 12 months from the date of purchase. 1-to-1 Classes not taken within this timeframe may be subject to cancellation without refund at the discretion of the teacher.

Cancelling and Rescheduling of 1-to-1 Classes

To cancel a 1-to-1 Class, you must notify your teacher at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. If you cancel within this timeframe, the 1-to-1 Class is not lost, and you can reschedule it for a later date.

However, if you cancel between 0 and 24 hours before the scheduled start time, the 1-to-1 Class is considered lost, and you cannot reschedule it.

Automatic Cancellation

- If the full 1-to-1 Class package fee is not paid at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the first 1-to-1 Class, the 1-to-1 Class will be automatically cancelled.
